How can I be sure to know about new work?

Make sure you join my mailing list to find out about new work before it is added to my Shop. I also feature new work on Instagram and Pinterest which is usually for sale, even before it hits my Shop page. If interested, please DM on those platforms to inquire about availability and cost.

Are your paintings framed?

It varies and often depends on what surface the painting is on (cradled panel, panel, paper or canvas). Typically I don’t sell my work framed, reducing the cost of the work, as well as shipping fees.

Paintings on cradled wood are usually 1.5 inches deep with sides hand-painted in a neutral color. Details regarding whether or not the artwork is framed or not, will be listed with each work. Please contact me if you would like specialized advice or have any further questions.

Who owns the copyright to the art I’ve purchased?

All artworks (original, prints, products) are the sole property of Pamela Hirsch. I retain the right to create reproductions of any and all artwork.

The buyer may not copy, print, reproduce and/or distribute by any method, for any reason, any of the artwork without written permission from the artist.

When you purchase an original painting, you have the right to display this artwork in your home or business but you cannot reproduce the artwork without written permission from the artist.

The images, artwork, and contents of this website may not be copied, collected, or used for personal or professional gain without the written permission of Pamela Hirsch.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, the gallery is set up to ship within the United States only.

I am open to discussing shipping to the UK, Canada, or parts of Europe. In this case, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, fees, and import taxes. If this is your situation, please contact me.

What happens of the artwork I purchased arrives damaged?

All artwork is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a piece that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with a photograph.
