What is your policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds?
I want you to be happy with your art purchase so if there is any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your piece to arrange for its return. I do require that the artwork be returned in its original condition and in the original packing material. I also ask that you pay the return shipping/insurance costs. If you decide to purchase a different piece of art, you will be credited the return shipping/insurance fee.
How do you ship your artwork?
All original artwork is packed and shipped by me personally. I used bubble wrap and other shipping material to keep the artwork safe in route. Shipping will include insurance for the value of the painting. At this time, I only ship artwork domestically within the United States.
